Job Description:
The Director of Sales & Operations sets the pace by leading and coaching
teams to achieve exceptional sales performance, operational success, and profitability. This
pivotal role develops strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth
and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team including District Mangers, Retail Store Managers, Assistant
Store Managers, and Retail Sales Representatives. - Drive revenue growth and profitability across all areas of the business.
- Implement and execute effective sales policies and practices.
- Provide outstanding leadership to your team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales goals
and deliver exceptional service. - Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage regional and store level inventory, cash flow, and assets.
- Coach and develop retail professionals to promote a culture of success and achievement.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure sales floor appearance meets
company expectation. - Address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent and uphold company values.
- Uphold our company culture of dedication and excellence.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset with leaders and teams members around the
business.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing sales teams in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule as needed.
