Objective: This is a photo contest where JM Wireless employees are encouraged to capture and share authentic photos with their team that highlight teamwork and workplace culture, reflecting the true spirit of JM Wireless. All photos must be taken inside your store with team members included. All submitted photos will be published on Facebook, and the top 3 photos with the highest number of likes and shares will win prizes. Winning photos will also be celebrated and featured across JM Wireless platforms.

Submission Guidelines

Do's

  • Horizontal orientation (landscape mode)
  • Well-lit environment
  • Include minimum 3-4 team members
  • Natural, authentic moments
  • Wear company uniforms/attire

Don'ts

  • No filters or heavy editing
  • No poor lighting or blurry images
  • No inappropriate content or gestures
  • No customer photos without consent
  • No messy store backgrounds

Good Photo Examples

Subject aligned to left side with blurred background
The subject can be placed on either the left or right side of the picture, with some space left on the opposite side to balance the composition.
Team centered with branded background
The subject should be placed in the center of the picture, with some space left on the top, right, and left sides of the frame.
Poor lighting portrait photo
Ensure the picture is well-lit, with no harsh shadows forming on the face or other important areas of the image…
Messy store background
Ensure the picture is clear and sharp—avoid any blurriness caused by camera movement or poor focus.
