Jay Malik
A devoted father of four, Jay arrived in America in the early 2000s with a Master’s degree in hand and a belief that this was the land of opportunity. But for him, opportunity meant more than personal success. It meant building a future where others could thrive.
Despite holding an advanced degree, Jay was willing to start from the ground up. His journey began in the wireless industry, where he started sales at a small kiosk. Through relentless hard work, vision, and an unwavering commitment to people, he steadily paved his way to becoming the CEO of his own successful wireless company.
While Jay is deeply data-driven and process-oriented, it is his passion for people that defines him most. Whether it is creating opportunities for employees, building lasting partnerships, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, Jay’s mission is clear:
“When I leave this world, I want to leave something for others, a legacy, a source of income for generations to come.”
Outside of work, Jay is a dedicated family man who loves exploring tropical destinations with his wife and children. He believes in balancing ambition with the simple joys of life.

Nick Malik
Nick graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering before relocating to Pakistan in 2004. His career took off when he joined Time Warner, where he played a pivotal role in launching iconic entertainment brands such as Cartoon Network, POGO, HBO, and Warner Brothers in Pakistan.
Seven years later, Nick made the move to the United States and began his journey with TCC Wireless. Starting as a sales executive, his dedication, leadership, and vision propelled him to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, TCC Wireless has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from just a handful of T-Mobile locations to over 300 stores nationwide.
A proud father of three teenage sons, Nick has been happily married for 15 years. He is passionate about spending time with his family and exploring new destinations, with Bangkok, Thailand holding the top spot on his travel list. If you want to get on Nick’s good side, strike up a conversation about his favorite action movies, it’s a guaranteed icebreaker.

Ashish Wig
Ashish Wig is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of global experience across the Retail, FMCG, and Technology sectors. Known for his strategic mindset and results-driven leadership, he has consistently delivered growth through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and team development. Ashish holds an MBA and brings a strong foundation in change management, business expansion, and process optimization. He plays a key leadership role as Chief of Staff across our domestic and international group of companies, including TCC Wireless, JM Wireless, ABIC, and the REVU brands.

Eric Tarasievich
Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and brings over 25 years of industry experience to the TCC Wireless leadership team. His expertise was instrumental in preparing the company for the rapid growth that followed and he has delivered exactly that. With Eric’s guidance and financial oversight, TCC Wireless expanded to over 300 stores nationwide.
Eric’s passion for working with a growing company goes beyond the numbers. As he puts it, “The growth provides people the opportunity to work their way up, just like I did. That’s really the fun part of the job. It’s rewarding to see others get the same chance I had.”
A proud father of two teenage sons, Eric is also active in the community, serving as a board member for Park Ridge Baseball and Softball. And while his dedication to the company is clear, he still enjoys a bit of humor about his profession. Fun fact: “I’m an accountant.”

Ala Abutabanjeh
Ala earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Saint Xavier University, where he also began his professional journey as a web developer for the university. His passion for technology and innovation quickly became evident, setting the foundation for a successful career in the IT field.
In 2011, Ala joined TCC Wireless as an IT Technician. Through hard work, technical expertise, and an unwavering dedication to the company, he steadily advanced to become the Vice President of IT. Under his leadership and vision, the company’s technology infrastructure has significantly evolved, with a strong focus on innovation and advancement in the Internet world, a field that remains one of his greatest professional passions.
Ala is a proud family man and father of three. While he considers himself a homebody, he enjoys creating fun family memories, whether it’s strawberry picking or weekend adventures. And around the office, it’s no secret that Ala is rumored to have IT superpowers and the results certainly speak for themselves.

His career is defined by a strong commitment to execution, leadership, and building high-performance teams grounded in a family-oriented culture.
Dhiraj believes true success lies in collaboration — that every team member, at every level, plays a vital role. His people-first philosophy continues to guide his approach to leadership, operations, and long-term strategy across the Western region.
Outside of work, Dhiraj enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, playing or watching sports, and making lasting memories. His personal motto, “Together, we win,” reflects the collaborative spirit he brings to everything he does.
